A quick, yummy and nutritious summer lunch!
1/4 cup of blueberries
1 Tbs reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 tsp of honey
2 slices of low-calorie whole wheat bread
1. Combine the cream cheese and honey in a bowl.
2. Divide mixture in half. Spread one half on each slice of bread.
3. Place berries on the cream cheese spread. Press gently on the berries to embed them in the cheese.
4. Place the bread slices on top of each other.
